Terms of use — the rules for using SportsAdda.

These are the terms that govern your use of SportsAdda (the website and the mobile application). The terms are written in plain language; where a clause has a specific legal meaning, it is defined in the section below.

Acceptable use

You may use SportsAdda for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or replay our content without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the score engine or the alert channel. You may not use the app to send automated requests at a rate that exceeds what a human user would generate by hand. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping the device secure. We are not liable for activity on your account that results from a lost or unlocked device. The account-deletion flow is at Settings → Account → Delete account. For commercial licensing of our editorial content (syndication, republishing, or aggregation), write to [email protected]. We license on standard terms and reply within seven working days.

Intellectual property

The SportsAdda brand, the app, the match-centre visualisations, and the editorial content are owned by SportsAdda or its licensors. Live scores and fixture data are licensed from official league feeds (BCCI, AIFF, PKL, ATP, WTA) under terms that prohibit republication; the underlying data is not yours to scrape. Editorial pieces may be quoted in brief for purposes of review or criticism under fair-dealing principles, with attribution and a link back to the source. Long-form republication requires written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

SportsAdda is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the scores accurate, but we cannot guarantee zero errors in real-time data — that's why we publish the cross-check methodology and why the in-app report flow exists. The site and the app may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows, which we schedule to avoid major match windows. Editorial content is published for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not betting advice, fantasy advice, or financial advice. Where a piece touches on betting or fantasy, the relevant regulatory caveats are published on the same page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SportsAdda's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim — and because the SportsAdda app is free, that amount is zero. We do not exclude liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Nothing in this clause limits your right to approach your local consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

Material changes to these terms are announced in the in-app changelog at least 14 days before they take effect, with a summary on this page. Continued use of SportsAdda after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you don't accept, you can delete your account at any time.
