The five pieces the desks are reading this week — one from cricket, one from football, one from kabaddi, one from tennis, and the editorial pick of the week. Every featured piece is updated after publication if a key fact changes; the date stamp at the top of each story tells you when the last refresh happened.

Full archive by desk

Every desk on SportsAdda maintains its own archive. The cricket and football desks run weekly; kabaddi and tennis run per-tournament. The list below is the full set of published stories, grouped by desk and ordered by date.

Editorial cadence

The cricket desk publishes the heaviest volume — match preview the evening before, post-match notes within two hours of the close, the weekly tactical column on Sunday morning. The football desk runs three pieces per week through the ISL and AFC competition windows; the off-season is a single monthly column. Kabaddi and tennis are per-tournament — pre-event, daily during the event, and a wrap within 48 hours.

Editorial corrections are published at the top of every story within 24 hours. The date stamp on each piece records the original publication and the most recent refresh.

Editorial FAQ

How do I pitch a story to a desk?

The desks accept pitches from staff writers, contributors and outside contributors. The pitch template, the rate card and the contact address are published on the contact page; pitches without a specific desk in the subject line are routed to the wrong desk and dropped.

Are the desks independent of the app team?

Yes. Editorial reporting and product reporting are run by separate teams with no shared management line. The desks do not write about SportsAdda product decisions and the product team does not edit desk copy.

Can I republish an editorial piece?

Standard republish terms are on the about page. The default is non-exclusive, with attribution, a canonical link back to the original and a 30-day delay for syndication partners.
